The Eastern Seaboard is the place to be. The following points will convince you of this matter of fact: Infrastructure The Regions infrastructure is already good and it is increasing rapidly. Bangkok is comfortable reachable by car, bus or even by train (…an exiting trip). The current Don Muang Intl. Airport is located 2 hours from Pattaya. The coming new Intl. Airport Suvarnabhumi, is scheduled to start operations in a few months. It will be located even closer to the eastern seaboard and will spare us minimum of 45 minutes to get there. A very interesting aspect for investors will be, as with the new gained airport prices will increase steadily and the invested money will grant a sure profit. The area is well served by land, sea and air transport, has abundant commercial, residential, educational, medical and recreational facilities, which significantly improves the quality of life and work. Climate Thailand has two main seasons, the dry and the rainy season. Our location, Eastern Seaboard, delivers the most steadily and the most stable clima of the whole country. The temperatures during the year are 25-36 degrees and the humidity commutes from 70 - to 85%. Please do not compare rainy weather in Thailand with the one in non tropical countries. Rain in Thailand , especially Eastern Seaboard, means a short shower in warm temperatures. |
